Fencercise is a new exercise program taken from a very old sport. The art of fencing to those who have seen it or participated in it, is an intense physical workout. Fencercise was created for people who are not interested in wearing the equipment or engaging in the competition of the sport, but who would love to have the value of it’s workout. Fencercise is an intense aerobic workout intent on building strength in the legs and the core, while improving your flexibility, endurance and cardiovascular.
