Pirate Summer Day Camp

Does your little one have what the desire to swing from the chandeliers, pillage the refrigerator for loot, and turn any yardstick into their own pirate cutlass? If it’s yo, ho, yo, ho a pirate’s life for them, have we got a camp for you…

Swordplay Studios is proud to present PIRATE CAMP.

Students will learn the art of Swashbuckling through modern fencing and will be taught the art of swordfighting just like the stunt men in Hollywood!

Each fabulous day will be jam packed with action. Your kids will learn how to walk, talk, sing and dance like a pirate in our pirate performance class. Creating their own pirate characters and backgrounds, your children will get the opportunity to perform their own skit filled with sea shanty songs, and pirate jigs, not to mention a duel.

Along with the singing and the fighting and the plundering and the ginger ale-ing, the little pirates in training will learn the ARTS AND CRAFTS of a pirate. Each day will be a new project. Building their own model Pirate Ship out of popsickle sticks, designing pirate wardrobe and jewelry, treasure maps, jolly roger flags, and wanted posters.

We are also pleased to announce our lunch breaks will be visited by real life famous pirates to pass on the tradition of history and pirate tales. Blackbeard, Captain Kidd, and maybe even a visit from Jack Sparrow himself will keep turn lunchtime into learning time.
